This physical space functions as a retail kitchen, training ground, and entrepreneurial accelerator—empowering new food leaders to build sustainable businesses while addressing food insecurity in underserved communities.

  • The Consulting Arm:

    • Supports early-stage food entrepreneurs with:

      • Product development and menu design

      • Operations strategy and kitchen workflows

      • Business planning, financial modeling, and investment readiness

    • Functions as a shared-use kitchen and incubation platform, licensed to host multiple entrepreneurs under a retail food license structure.
