A formal coaching agreement outlining expectations, process, and responsibilities is established.

In close partnership, we articulate clear, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals that challenge and inspire growth while remaining grounded in reality. We establish clear performance baselines and collaboratively explore what the leader needs to start, stop, and continue doing to achieve significant improvements. Furthermore, we delve into behaviors and habits t in hat need to be unlearned, learned, and relearned based on a nuanced understanding of the organization's cultural dynamics.

Generate Options, Implement & Observe

Leveraging newfound understanding, we collaboratively brainstorm a diverse range of actionable strategies and practical solutions. Utilizing real-world simulations, customized frameworks, and experiential learning, we equip leaders with a tailored and effective toolkit for enacting sustainable change. Crucially, the coach will also observe the coachee in motion and leading, studying their interactions with staff, customers, vendors, and the community to provide real-time, contextualized feedback and support.

Uncover, Define & Diagnose

Through incisive exploration and a comprehensive suite of assessments, including the Hogan suite, 360° feedback, EQ-i 2.0, and DiSC/StrengthsFinder, our work is to objectively identify blind spots. We collaboratively pinpoint the critical developmental areas and leadership themes that will form the core of our work together. This process is further enriched by conducting insightful assessment interviews with key organizational stakeholders to gain a multi-faceted perspective.

Examine Reality & Metrics

This pivotal stage involves a deep and honest exploration of the leader's current landscape. Through powerful inquiry, active listening, and reflective practices rooted in behavioral science, we illuminate their self-awareness, understand their impact, and identify both strengths and potential blind spots. Critically, we also examine relevant performance metrics of the business, insights from the board, and key indicators related to revenue and economics to provide a holistic understanding of their leadership context.

Act, Track & Elevate

We translate insights and strategies into concrete action plans with defined milestones and accountability structures. We provide consistent support through regular coaching reports, progress check-ins, and final evaluations to ensure effective implementation, diligent tracking of progress, and the leader's continued growth and elevation long after the formal engagement concludes.
