DR. CARL JEFFERSON

Dr. Carl Jefferson is a seasoned Human Resources and Organizational Leadership Executive with a track record of transforming workplace performance. As the Founder and Practice Lead of Performance Principles LLC, he helps organizations elevate their people strategies to drive industry-leading success. His expertise spans both the private and public sectors, where he has led enterprise-wide talent initiatives as Chief People Officer at Al Copeland Investments, VP of HR and Organizational Development at Wachovia, and Head of People at Denny’s Restaurants. With advanced degrees in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, and General Management from The Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Jefferson applies data-driven leadership strategies to optimize workforce engagement. He is a sought-after speaker and media contributor on human capital and performance management. Passionate about cultivating high-performing organizations, he partners with executives to implement measurable, people-centered solutions that drive business results. Based in Atlanta, he also dedicates time to mentoring and community development initiatives.

LISA ROZZELLE, J.D.

Vice President, Client Relations

Lisa Rozzelle is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in program management, performance management, and workforce development. As Vice President of Client Relations at Performance Principles, she drives client acquisition, satisfaction, and retention while ensuring strategic alignment between organizational needs and service delivery. Lisa has a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar education and performance programs, with expertise in contract administration, resource allocation, and large-scale program execution. She has collaborated with federal agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Transportation, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Federal Aviation Administration, to develop impactful training and development initiatives. Passionate about professional growth, Lisa has also designed and led internship and mentorship programs that equip individuals for long-term success. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stockton University and a Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta.

STEVE GREEN, M.S.

Senior Consultant, Partner

Steve Green is a Lean Six Sigma expert with over 25 years of experience in process improvement, management systems, and operational efficiency across federal and private sectors. A retired U.S. Air Force veteran, he led major supply chain and personnel support operations, later serving as an Enterprise Architect for Supply Chain Operations and Course Director for the USAF Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program. As a consultant and certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Steve specializes in optimizing workflows, reducing cycle times, and enhancing quality. He has successfully led high-impact process improvement initiatives, helping organizations streamline operations and deliver superior customer outcomes. His expertise spans strategy execution, management systems implementation, curriculum development, and leadership coaching. Known for his ability to drive change and inspire teams, Steve consistently delivers sustainable results. He holds a Master of Science in Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University.
